Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell/use their commissions in any blockchain-related technology, such as (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency nor use the art for generative AI purposes. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

If extra revisions are requested outside of those allowed in project scope, you may have to pay an additional fee. Once you approve the sketch, if there are additional changes outside of minor color tweaks, extra charges will apply for required further adjustments.

These artworks are digital goods, so no physical artwork will be shipped to you.

Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases. Clients may also produce physical reproductions of their work for PERSONAL use only (not for sale).

Clients must credit ProperDarling for the work when reposting commissioned work. They can by @ing or linking to her Twitter or Twitch.

Payment Email required for receiving project payment.

Social Media Handle(s) for proper crediting of commissioned work.

Preferred Name and Pronouns for communication.

Necessary information (such as character references, pose or composition references) and any other information they deem essential in order for ProperDarling to begin work. Failing to provide necessary information may cause delay on the delivery of the commission.

I will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received OR the 1st payment of an agreed upon payment plan is received. Payment plans may only be accepted for commissions exceeding $150 USD.

The currency charged is in USD.

Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.

Additional fees may apply depending on what the work is intended to be used for. Please see Usage & NDA for more information.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card via Stripe or PayPal.

Expect a turnaround time of 1–6 weeks depending on the scope of the project. Static Commissions may take 1–3 weeks while larger projects such as frame-by-frame animated emotes are likely to take 3–6. 'Surprise me' style commission projects may take up to 60 days. This range can vary based on complexity of the order, so please plan accordingly. Generally a sketch will be provided within the first week, after initial payment is received for non-skeb-style commissions.

For regular commission types, you will receive sketch(s) for review and approval. If you must request changes, please do so during this phase. You will have up to 2 rounds for revising the sketch(s) before incurring additional fees. Revisions outside of the initial 2 rounds may also extend the initial project timeline.

Changes requested after starting lineart may incur additional fees.

In cases where there are small things I missed, I will change them with no additional charge (i.e. I forgot a character’s earrings or got their eye color wrong.)

For skeb-style projects, I generally will not send work-in-progress snapshots.

Completed commissions will be sent in their full resolution via WeTransfer link unless otherwise specified.

In the case of payment plans: Completed commission files will only be sent after the final project payment is fulfilled.

Full refunds may occur if a commission cancellation is requested before ProperDarling has started work on it.

The Client is no longer eligible for a refund if they choose to cancel a commission after the project has been started.

Partial refunds may be available if ProperDarling has failed to deliver a commission in a reasonable, timely manner. (Exceeding 3 months with no communication.) Some leniency is allowed as long as delays in expected project timeline are clearly communicated with the Client.

Delivery of a project (project files) may be withheld if payment from Client is not fulfilled at the time ProperDarling has completed the work.

Due to the nature of this digital product, refunds are not accepted.

Commercial use is an additional charge.

Tracing, reselling or otherwise claiming as your own is strictly prohibited.

Do NOT use these in AI generators/learning or for NFT purposes.

Unless the appropriate license is purchased, all commissions are by default for Personal Use only.

The Client may request additional usage rights for the commissioned work during the ordering process.

+25% Creator/Streamer License for Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, and Social Media promotional material (Use for Digital monetized content i.e. Overlays, Thumbnails, and other directly monetized content.)

+100% Commercial License for Reproduction, Selling, Merch for Sale (i.e. art prints, apparel designs, charms or keychain designs.)

This privacy fee is +20% of the total price of the commission.
